WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS

Defects in Materials & Manufacturing
If your gear ever fails due to a defect in the fabric, stitching, zippers, buckles, or other manufacturing flaws, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Lifetime Guarantee
“Lifetime” refers to the functional life of the product, not your lifetime. This means your gear is covered for as long as it can reasonably be expected to perform under normal use.

What’s Not Covered
While our gear is built tough for outdoor adventure, the warranty does not cover damages caused by:

•    Normal wear and tear (scuffs, scratches, fading, or natural breakdown of materials over time)
•    Accidents, abuse, or misuse (tears, cuts, burns, or damage caused by animals, machinery, or neglect)
•    Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
•    Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance

 

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your VELTRAX gear qualifies under our warranty, here’s how the process works:
1.    Contact our support team at customer@veltraxgear.com with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
2.    Our team will assess the claim and determine if the product qualifies for repair, replacement, or another solution.
3.    If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
