START A RETURN
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your VELTRAX ACCOUNT using the email you used at checkout.
Step 2: Submit Return Request
Navigate to "Orders", select the order you'd like to return, and click “Request Return.”
Step 3: Choose Return Reason
Select the item(s) you wish to return.
From the drop-down menu, choose a return reason, then provide a brief note explaining the reason for your return.
This helps us improve and ensure the best experience for all customers.
Step 4: Await Review
Your return request will be reviewed by our team. You’ll receive an email update once it’s approved, along with instructions on how to send your item back.
Step 5: Item Received & Under Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for condition and eligibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If the item does not meet our return criteria, our team will contact you directly.
RETURN DECLINED
Your return request has been reviewed and was not approved based on our return policy.
If you believe this decision was made in error or would like to provide additional information, please contact us at customer@veltraxgear.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
We’re here to help and will review your case promptly.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
